Celebrity Pets - Pet Supplies for the Rich and Famous
By Dawn Rose
Life is good for most celebrity’s pets. It seems to be a fad these days to flaunt your pet in public if you’re a celebrity. The most popular is the canine. I am not sure who was the very first person to start it, but it definitely caught on like wild fire. A movie in Hollywood that definitely influenced this trend was Legally Blonde. Reese Witherspoon’s dog Bruiser in the movie went everywhere with her. She dressed him up in clothes and jewels. She pampered him as if he were a child. Not only did movies influence this trend, but so did the real life celebrities. Paris Hilton was one of the first that most people probably remember. Paris and her Chihuahua Tinkerbell make the pages of several magazines every week. She turned a simple dog into a fashion accessory. If you can believe it she actually takes her dog to get a pedicure and that's definetly not at a discount pet supply store. Most people think this is crazy, but more and more celebrities join the tabloids with their pets.
Celebrities buy all kinds of bling for there pets. They get things like diamond studded collars and leashes to designer clothing for their pups. Celebrities such as a Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears take their pooches everywhere with them. Not only are the Louis Vuitton purses a fashion craze, but the Louis Vuitton dog carriers became a hot item in Hollywood due to pop stars. Mariah Carey lets her dog Jack bathe with her, boy does he get the royal treatment. She spends hundreds of dollars on pet products each month just to groom Jack.
One of the craziest stories in circulation is about a fashion designer who was hired to make costumes for Tori Spelling’s dog Mimi LaRue. Some celebrities just have more money than they know what to do with. Does your dog really need custom pet apparel? Another celebrity that never seems to shy away from being the center of attention would be Sean “Diddy” Combs. He actually dressed his Maltese Sophie identically to himself for fashion week 2004 in New York. I wonder what his pet supply budget is!
Celebrities such as the Osbournes took on reality television on MTV and their pets became stars as well. People that watched the show knew the pets by name. They watched as the dogs got pampered every week as though they were human. The Osbourne dogs definitely wore some fancy bling and lavish pet attire. Sharon! Have you seen the %@!%&* pet supplies!
One of the most popular things right now to do with your pooch, is to get dog training from Cesar Milan “The Dog Whisperer”. Oprah and Denise Richards are among the many celebrities that have joined in on this movement. They invite Cesar into their home to help them with any problem they may be having with their dog. Cesar offers his opinion on training and pet supplies, but more often then not he trains the owner.
Some celebrities go a bit overboard and take things to an extreme, but others just spoil their pet just as you and I would if we had the extra money to do it. Pink for instance gives her Bulldog “Elvis” only bottled water. Oprah only buys her dogs’ designer collars such as the Burberry collar she bought for Sophie. These are just a few of the celebrities that are constantly in the news for being crazy about their pets. One thing is for sure, if I was an animal, I would want to be a Celebritys' Pet.

Where to Find Free Pets Classifieds? The Secret of Getting Classified Ads for Free!
By Sam Jose
Free pets classifieds come as useful resource to sell or buy pets. Free classifieds pets, just like the pets classifieds you pay for helps you sell your pet dog or cat to a new owner. Classified ads free or paid ones are read only by people who are actually looking for something. In the case of pets classifieds, only people who are looking to sell their pets or who look to buy some pets will be looking at pet classified ads section of any newspaper. Similarly, people using classifieds ads website too will be searching for pets with such worlds like dogs for sale classified ads, puppies for sale classifieds, classifieds dogs, etc. Even before the people see your free classified ad on pets for sale classified ads, you can rest assured the visitor is indeed interested in buying a pet – it can be from you or someone else.
Then classifieds ads, free pet classified ads must be always winning since the visitors are actually looking to buy from the seller. Though this can be true, there are also other catches. The buyer may be interested in any specific breed or colour. They may also have considerations on the age of the pet they are going to buy. Then the point comes to attracting the visitors (prospective customers) with the exact kind of pet that they are looking for. Some sort of pets classifieds ads copywriting techniques help you sell your pets to people who actually love their pets. With classifieds ads, you have very little time to capture the attention of the readers. Again remember that you can't close the sale with a simple classifieds ad.
You can tell everything about the pet in very little words and catch the attention of the people who are actually looking for pets. Get to your title in bold letters, the breed, age and colour of your pet. Include in description any additional information or your special preferences to style="font-style:italic;">the pet.
Typical pets classified ads title should look like Black Boston Terrier, 7 Weeks Old Female Puppy.
With internet free pet classified ads site, you can add a picture and description. Description can run to more than 100 words. But don't try to sell the pet by using such adjectives like cute, cracking, beautiful, etc. People are looking for beautiful, lovable pets and will buy from you only if they find for themselves.
If you do have the option of adding a photograph of your pet, make sure you upload a beautiful photo that tells beyond doubt how your pet looks like. The description can include the details like your location, contact telephone number etc.
While writing pet classifieds ads, make sure you never use all caps. ALL CAPS is the practice of using upper case letters for the whole title and for the whole description. All caps cause strain to eyes and reduce the readability of the ad. Even in the title, you can capitalise the first letters of the words or can go all lower case letters.

Pet Health Care Plan
By barry Mcgee
As an increasing number of pet owners adopt the necessary mentality that a pet is a real member of the family and should be treated as such, a number of services that were once offered only to humans have begun to crop up. One such service is the pet health care plan, which is an animal version of human health insurance. A relatively new service such as this comes with its own share of questions. What kind of pet health care plans are available? How should I choose one? Are they truly useful?
Just as with human health insurance, there's a wide variety of plans available to help you take care of your pet whether you're facing an emergency situation or a basic blood test or x-ray. As veterinary care becomes more advanced-and, as a result, more expensive-pet health care plans become increasingly useful. An illness that ten years ago would have led to your pet's tragic death can now be easily cured-if you have the money. With veterinary treatments for diseases such as cancer skyrocketing into the thousands or tens of thousands of dollars, health insurance for your pet might suddenly seem like a wise course of action.
Some examples of pet health care plans include accident-only coverage, basic coverage, and life insurance. An accident-only plan would cover your pet in the instance of sudden tragedy such as poison ingestion, being hit by a car, or getting injured while on a hike. Basic coverage offers the same benefits as accident coverage, but also includes coverage in the event of illness. Basic coverage may or may not include prescription coverage. If it does not, you can usually purchase a prescription rider to add to your basic coverage plan. From here, there are several tiers of health care plans that take care of everything from an accident to a basic wellness check-up. Finally, life insurance is available for those who wish to be covered for medical expenses in the event that veterinary medicine is unable to save their beloved pet.
Choosing a pet health care plan can be difficult, given the sheer number of plans available in this booming business. Your first task should be to speak to your regular vet both for recommendations and to find out which plans they currently accept. There are also numerous websites out there that give you the opportunity to compare several plans side-by-side to see which is the most cost-effective option for your needs. Many companies only offer coverage for cats and dogs, but there are other companies devoted to animals like horses or exotics
While figuring out all the bells and whistles of pet insurance might be difficult at first, just remember there are plenty of resources at your disposal for good advice. With patience, you're sure to find a plan that will suit both you and your pet; a plan that could cost you as little as a quarter a day-a small price to pay for the peace of mind the assurance of your pet's continued health and well-being will bring you!
